Thus, in Ifaty/Mangily, north of Tuléar, a group of friends who came from the east of France in February 2023 had the opportunity to meet the management and teachers of the French-speaking private school “La Marmaille”. They visited some classes and attended lessons. Educational materials and school supplies were handed out. Very quickly, a partnership was set up and 10 children at the end of kindergarten/first year of primary school are now sponsored. The annual school fees of the godchildren are borne by the godparents. School supplies, educational documentation and tools for teachers are regularly sent to Manguily. At your request, the Madagascar Lemur Tour & Guide Agency can give you the opportunity to visit this school or others during your stay in Madagascar and, why not, to sponsor a child.”
